Going on our 5th year. We can't believe it. 2025 is filled with creativity; let's show it!

VendorsLC

Mesilla Valley Mall, a shopping place that everyone one in Las Cruces knows. So many generations have passed through this mall making so many memories. It’s time to make more.

Smile Hard Media is honored to present the Artist, Crafters and Creators Bazaar: Community Creativity. Previously known as “My Art at the Mall” this new event will be an ongoing activity at this popular shopping spot.

The Mall

The mall has multiple passageways and entrances, as many Las Crucens know, and some of those hallways are, well, a bit bare. This event changes things.

Vendors will be able to setup in the open hallways according to the sections.

The Event Setup

Guidelines

Guidelines

This is a community event in which we all get together to meet each other, sell our arts/crafts, make new friends, support each other’s business and expose our talent to the rest of the community. Competition is not the purpose of these events; only love and support for each other.

Some tips to keep in mind:

  • Vendor must provide everything; chairs, tables, covers, signage, etc
  • Setup is at 11am on both days
  • Tables are ok to leave overnight, if you’re ok with that
  • no signage over 6ft tall
  • Most spaces are 8ft wide x 6ft deep, please respect your neighboring vendors. Some spaces are wider that others, however, please keep your booth as close to 8ft as possible.
  • All home bakers must follow the New Mexico Cottage Law.
  • 3rd party vending is only permitted by sponsorship, minimum $50. 3rd party is defined as: Items and products not made directly by vendor. See Sponsorship.
  • Be mindful of your neighbor vendor, if they are solo, watch their booth if they walk away
  • If you want to buy food and drinks, support the local restaurants in the Food Court; they’re all local.
  • CANCELLATIONS: Full refunds will only be given 3 days before the event. No refund after that. The event is a flat fee for $30, whether 1 or 2 days are attended.

SPONSORSHIP

Opportunities to support

It’s hard to believe that an amazing community event like Artist, Crafters and Creators Bazaar (ACCB) would take place in a place most of us would consider commercial, even corporate.  This is changing. Mesilla Valley Mall and Smile Hard Media are making the effort to transform the mall into a place of community creativity, forming a strong bond of retail and community.

The opportunity to become involved is now available. Your business sponsorship will help this event get stronger, and offer better benefits for your business and vendors.

The funds would be used to cover costs like application fees, entertainment, and publications like online ads, flyers and banners.
