Goals

Organization exposure: The main goal for this activity is to get non-profit organizations exposure to the community and to other non-profits. Unity is key.
 
 
 
 
 
Education: Let’s squash the “I didn’t know” bug of Las Cruces. By educating our community and our fellow organizations, progress is inevitable. 
This is the layout to the event. The green square will be the designated area for the setup. We can use the parking lines to keep spots organized.

We want to make this event attractive to the general public. Create flyers, create games, puzzles, etc. Think along the lines of a fair for kids…and adults like me. At the same time, bring flyers, brochures and handouts of your organization. Feel free to advertise events for your organization!

Fees

There are no setup fees for non-profits. These events are meant to expand exposure to the community. However, if your organization wants to support financially, the help will be gladly accepted. There are expenditures with these kinds of events and donations always make it easier. See Sponsorships.
